Two floors of former retail space turned into a leisure venue, inside a shopping centre trading throughout the works.
Approach
Deliveries in agreed windows, noisy work planned around trading hours and fire routes kept open every day. With 35 operatives at peak, daily coordination of trades and access was the job.
