Scope
- Programme built and run in ASTA Powerproject or MS Project
- Subcontract procurement, package letting and coordination
- Principal contractor duties under CDM 2015
- Client meetings, progress reports and early warnings
- Variations, valuations and cost reporting under JCT or NEC
- Snagging, handover, O&M manuals and building control sign-off
Day rate or fixed fee. Based in Doncaster, working UK-wide.
