Challenge
Pharmaceutical-standard cleanrooms, laboratories and offices, all built, serviced and proven to standard inside one warehouse shell.
Approach
A cleanroom is programmed backwards from validation. The air handling, filtration and humidity control were installed, balanced and stable before the rooms were tested, so the M&E sequence drove the fit-out trades.
Result
Completed on an 18-month build. Cleanrooms validated to ISO 14644-1 at handover.

- EU GMP Grade D cleanrooms (ISO 8 equivalent)
- CNC and non-classified laboratories
- Mezzanine, offices, canteen and double-height reception
- Four air handling units with HEPA filtration and humidification
- CO2 pipework and cleanroom doors
- Validation testing to ISO 14644-1
